El Horizonte

Brand for Argentinian bakery

Another project we were given during my first year studying graphic design, was to design a brand for a new artisanal Argentinian bakery that would center around selling Alfajores. We were tasked to design a logo for the bakery, as well as a basic website, featuring a home page, about us page and a way to order from the bakery. This helped build my skill of using illustrator for multi use logos, as well as an introduction to UI / UX.

TRANSITION GLASGOW

Website for a Scottish event

In this brief I was asked to create a website and logo for a conference being held by TRANSITION Glasgow, this website needs to be bold and visually interesting to stand up to competitors. For this I researched into other websites and see what I can improve on from that. It had to provide information about the conferences and have a page to book tickets.

CRIB

Renting app for students

For this brief, I was tasked at making an app that would be used by students and landlords to aid in renting. Due to the prominent user base being in the millennial generation, I decided to use design techniques and methods from the 90s. This helped the app form an identity, whilst being familiar to the majority audience.

Mapit

Travel and tourism app

MapIt is a travel and tourism app created for a human computer interaction class during university. Creating this app helped me understand the importance of accessibility as the app was going to be used mainly by foreigners on holiday.Â
